If I were a flood

If I were a flood


If I were a flood, I would downpour on the houses, trees, roads and
bridges..
I would destroy shops and towers with innocent people inside.
I would overflow the dam so I can have all of the water to myself.

Then I would pick myself up and fall back into the ocean, sobbing
because my journey is over.
